Juliana Sánchez (Córdoba, Argentina – based in Barcelona) began her artistic path while studying architecture, where she first explored her perception of space through painting and color. During those years, she co-founded a muralist collective, and after graduation, embarked on a personal journey across digital formats, textile printing, and wooden sculpture.
Today, her canvases evoke the vibration and potential abstraction of space. Through an intuitive process, she treats color as the central axis of her search, unfolding a dialogue with architecture that feels almost tangible. Her work invites synesthetic encounters, opening the possibility of imagining what is absent from everyday space.
To inhabit real or illusory spaces, yet always to inhabit, that is the invitation her work extends.
